Why Nature-based Therapy?
Nature-based therapy offers a simpler, more calming approach to therapy.
It helps children to connect to the earth, become grounded, and live in the present moment despite our digital age.
It supports coordination and strength, fosters imagination, confidence and creativity, and improves conditions for learning and self-regulation.
In-home Sessions
We also provide in-home sessions!
We recognize that some children benefit from a more focused, indoor setting for safety and for their best learning and engagement.
We focus on not only supporting the child but working alongside the family for the best outcomes to occur.

What sets us apart?
We are neuro-affirming and child-led: this means we focus on connection and trust over compliance
We have multiple pediatric specializations: this means we look at the whole child, including mental, physical, and social health, and provide comprehensive and specialized therapy services
We are family and relationship centered: this means we focus on the family relationships and dynamic, because the child's life and growth is so dependent on it
We acknowledge and target interoception: this means we are aware that some individuals first need to connect with their body and its sensations before they can understand, identify, and process feelings
