Why Nature-based Therapy?

Nature-based therapy offers a simpler, more calming approach to therapy.

It helps children to connect to the earth, become grounded, and live in the present moment despite our digital age.

It supports coordination and strength, fosters imagination, confidence and creativity, and improves conditions for learning and self-regulation.

We recognize that some children benefit from a more focused, indoor setting for safety reasons and for their best learning and engagement to occur. We also provide in-home and indoor sessions, schedule permitting!
